Exceptional Customer Service

Here at Grasshopper we strive for exceptional work and service for each of our clients. We want to exceed expectations in all aspects of the job, whether it's through the office or with the crew on the job. We have very high standards and we deeply care about each of our clients. We want to make them happy with the work and service that we provided to them. 

And then, we have an extremely upset client.

While doing everything we can, and a finished product that looks great, things still don't work out.

It is easy to dwell on that and have it take all of the attention away from other things. 

We brainstorm ideas on how to make things better in our company. We put in new procedures and new steps to our processes. 

And we use it as a way to make us better! We use it to help us improve!

As I was thinking about a recent incident my thoughts started to shift. I started to think about all of the clients that we DID make happy! And that brought me light (and a smile). 

I crunched some numbers and we come out to a 
99.997575758% client satisfaction rating!

Not bad!

Even though we don't ever like to have an unhappy client, we know that we aren't perfect. No one is. We all make mistakes. We all mess up. But we do our best to make things right. 

So, we're going to keep on keeping on.

We're going to keep getting better. Keep growing. Keep improving. Like we always have.
